 i was not able to create new VPS (3 Replies, Read 42446 times)

I keep on getting errors below;

An error occurred while creating the VPS ( VPSID:v1001 ). The following are its details:
ERROR: There was an error during the disk copy operation

it took me almost a week and i have reinstall many times, still no help. everything seem to be normal beside OS is refused to be install.

please help.

It's working now. Thanks for your help.
It was storage path problem even though it was adding normal and Virtualizor did see the storage.

Hi,

The Storage path added was incorrect the storage path for LVM should be the Logical Volume path and not the mapper path.

We have also replied to your ticket.
