OS Name with Version : Windows 8.1
AMPPS: Version 3.0 Build on Feb 20, 2015

I installed AMPPS today for the first time. When I ran it the control panel shows:
C:/Program Files (x86)/Ampps
Apache Started
MySql Started
Internet connection could not be established!

When I clicked on Home button in Control Panel, localhost/ampps page came up but it was blank.
I checked Apache error log (attached to this post)

I checked which services are listening to my port 80, turns out two instances of httpd.exe are using it (address: IPv4 unspecified and IPv6 unspecified).

Please help, I am not sure what to do next.

Couple of more things I noticed.

Once I start AMPPS, I am able to access internet though Chrome but not through Internet Explorer. To access internet again in IE11, I have to restart the computer.

Also I found error log from MySql as well (attached to this post).

Please help.

Hi himi,

When you install Ampps on your PC Ampps need to download some scripts files from Softaculous so it need Internet connection.
You are getting blank page because Your php.ini isn't loaded.

Try this:

Open command prompt and run this two command

"path/to/Ampps/php/php.exe" -c "path/to/Ampps/apache/php.ini" "path/to/Ampps/ampps/softaculous/cron.php"

"path\to\Ampps\php\php.exe" -c "path\to\Ampps\apache\php.ini" "path\to\Ampps\ampps\softaculous\enduser\install.php"

This is not working in Win 8.1.
php.exe is 0 byte. So, I think this is heavy beta version. I use XAMPP. Sorry.
