It can be opened from all installations page : http://localhost/ampps/index.php?act=installations. We will still discuss this too. :)

I did not get you, did you mean modifying configuration settings of php and mysql ?

Apache alias can be created and managed in Web Interface of AMPPS.

By the way, we are already working on php.ini settings. The interface will be in AMPPS enduser panel http://localhost/ampps.

We have already added some php settings in Enduser Panel and also the feature to enable/disable Apache Modules.

Yes. MySQL settings will be added in next version.
