Along with my previous issue websites can't be published.

FTP Credentials error.

The firewall has been opened for the eu server with no joy. What should be the path for the ftp user? As directadmin defaults to /home/<username>

maybe it's linked to the SSL issue?

Thanks

Dave

I may have found the reason - sitepad is trying to connect with an unknown user (sitepad4Klmmbo5)

a semi-random username it appears as it used a different one for another account.

Hi,

It is not linked with the SSL issue.

We create a random username with sitepad as prefix so that we can publish the Site when SitePad is unable to find FTP account details using DirectAdmin API.

Please open a support ticket with us so we can debug the issue for you

Hi,

As per our discussion via support ticket the Home directory of the user was a symlink to another path causing the issue.

We have made the changes in our files to read the realpath of the symlink and it works fine on your server.

This patch will be included in the next version of SitePad.
