Hi, i didn't have changed the ip address of the VPS machine, in Linode manager still showing the same machine ip address since the 1st day the VPS was created.

What i recently did was adding a second ip address to a recent added domain name that im hosting, but the main ip of the VPS machine stills exactly the same has it described in the webuzo license control panel. I didn't changed nothing related to main ip address of the vps machine.

Hi,

We managed to SSH into your server.
It looks like no Indian IPs were allowed and hence we couldnt SSH from an Indian IP.
I then proxied to a USA IP and from there logged into your server and it worked.
You might want to check this.

Your service is now running but we can only access it via the Proxy service.

Lastly, this was a wrong IP set for the license. It should have been 139.xxx.xxx.251 but you had set 176.xxx.xxx.175.
139.xxx.xxx.251 is your primary IP.

Your IP has changed and that seems to have been the problem all along.
Our team did reply to your tickets and they had failed to login due to the APNIC IPs being blocked.

Maybe the hosting company had some IP filters.
All time Webuzo helped me without issue.. so is strange Indian IP is locked. Maybe is something of the ISP/Hosting.

Good idea to use proxity

No, this is the main ip of VPS machine: 176.xxx.xxx.175  the othe rip is the scone ip i asked Linode to add because i need to create a SSL certificate and need a second ip for that domain of the client.

Linode then add me this second IP to my VPS: 139.xxx.xxx.251


Can you please try now with SSH, i have clean the country block section in CSF, it looks the reason of blocking was from there, there was some countries blocked that i have already removed. I didn't knew that i had India blocked in the CSF list, sorry for this situation.

I see now were it was the problem, but i also reply with an alternative to login with my linode manager to use SSH from there, how can CSF firewall and iptables disabled even block the India country or any other! There was probably a misunderstood here. But i didn't got reply today and i have certain urgency to use control panel.

I have seen you change the ip license, but its not that the IP, that is the second ip which linode added to i can use in a domain name of client to use with SSL certificate. The current ip that you changed it doesn't belong to main VPS ip. I can take a screenshot of lino control panel to you can see the main IP and the second ip address

Is this going to happen every time Linode add a new ip to my VPS machine? it doesn't make any sense the change of the IP address in webuzo license.

Why the reason to use the second ip which doesn't belong to my main domain name or VPS?

Is there any setting that needs to be changed to use a second ip within webuzo control panel? Because what i did was adding the domain and the ip address has it asks in the domain section of webuzo control panel.

Can you please review the problem because that isn't the VPS machine IP.

Hi,

I am pretty sure Linode is doing it wrong if you asked for a IP and they added it the way it is.
So they have set the primary IP of the VPS as the 139.xxx.xxx.251
This should not happen if you add new IPs.

If you want to update the primary IP in Webuzo, please do the following :
Webuzo Admin Panel -> Settings -> NameServers

There change the IP address.
