 Unable to add new domain, FTP credentials not working (1 Replies, Read 7770 times)

I believe I have all of my FTP information filled in correctly, but for some reason every time I try to add the domain I get the following error:

The following errors were found :
The FTP path submitted is incorrect and does not point to the given domain.

Everything appears to be correct - the domain name is correct, the FTP info is all correct (at one point I set the FTP Path to /public_html without adding the directory first and got one error, then added it and got a different error, which makes me think it's logging in okay).

I saw someone else had this issue but it looks like it got resolved through PM - does anyone out there know what I'm doing wrong?

Hi,

Extremely sorry for the delay.

You should enter the path to traverse to the directory where your domain points after logging into your server with the FTP details.

If you can PM me your FTP details I can check that path for you.
