Hi,

Are you trying creating VPS from WHMCS ?
Can you provide us the screen shot of the page where you are getting this error message  ?

Hi,

May I know which virtualization is installed on your server ? KVM/OpenVZ.. etc. ?

Please allow me to answer for my colleague who is sick.
We have OpenVZ and KVM, however in this case we are trying to get the OpenVZ working.
Here is what we have from the terminal.
Code

XXXXXXhost1:/vz/template/cache$ ls -l
total 296596
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 108795070 Nov 27 08:42 centos-6-x86_64-minimal.tar.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 116329870 Nov 27 08:42 debian-8.0-x86_64-minimal.tar.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root  78584649 Nov 27 08:43 ubuntu-14.04-x86_64-minimal.tar.gz

So we have three templates but nothing is available from the GUI.
How do we make them available in the GUI.

Are you running a master-slave setup in virtualizor ?
If yes then please select the appropriate slave server on the addvs page from the page header.

If you are still unable to see the plans then please open a support here https://softaculous.com/support , so that we can guide you accordingly.
