We will be updating the 100 packages before 27th July 2009 for using the new system.

this is still happening

EDIT: im sorry let me elaborate a bit. cPanel install version 1.8 of softaculous and all softwares are up to date. when I install any script its missing the database, it creates it but no tables.

The Softaculous Team has released Softaculous 1.8
This version fixes some bugs and adds lots of functionality to softaculous.
It will make Softaculous compatible on many more Servers.

A list of all changes:
1) If a Newer Version of a Script will be available it will be highlighted in Lite Green Colour in the Admin Panel -> Softwares of Softaculous
2) Resellers have been restricted to enter Softaculous Admin Settings
3) We have changed the Softaculous Copyright Notice
4) cPanel, DirectAdmin logos have been removed, instead General Icons have been used so as to simplify integration into newer panels.
5) Port Numbers of Control Panels will now be adopted from $_SERVER['SERVER_PORT'] which will enable Softaculous to run on many more Direct Admin servers! Port Numbers are not used anymore in Softaculous for cPanel!
6) Softaculous now adopts a different cPanel API to solve the problem of non creation of Databases
7) Script Upgradation API has been improved
8) Script Installation API has been improved
9) Logout URL has been corrected for DirectAdmin in Softaculous
10) New MySQL Function to import SQL Files into a Database.
11) Better method of Updating Scripts on servers
12) Admin URL will be shown on installation/upgradation of a Script
13) The username bug in cPanel has been fixed.

We will be updating nearly all the 100 scripts in the next 48 hours to make use of the new MySQL Import function. The current scripts will continue to work as well till the newer updates are made available.

This version will make Softaculous work on many more servers. We hope you like and enjoy this version of Softaculous.
