hello i'm running my droplet on VULTR, CentOs and webuzo for control panel. recently i just restarting my apache and all service from webuzo control panel. but after restart i can't access my website and also my webuzo control panel.

my website is www.alvintube.com, it's only show me loading progress and ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT if i access it.

i don't know anymore what to do to solve it. have asked for ticket on VULTR but they seems won't to help :(

i'll very appreciate if anyone can help me...

Hi,

It looks like you have not updated the DNS for your domain. Please update the correct nameservers or add the A Record to make your domain point to this server.

Once your domain points correctly you should not face this issue.

no, all DNS already pointed to IP
I have a few site pointed to the IP
but yesterday i restarted all services on enduser panel
after that, i unable to connect to the server
