Hi.  I have tried to install moodle using your scripts and it installs yet I cannot access it.  Normally, this is a .htaccess issue so on the advice of my host, I changed and renamed the file to hyaccessx  I still get server errors, similar to the 500 ones.

Is it possible you can advise me, please?  It is frustrating as everytime I install an application or a blog I get this all the time.

See: http://www.infomatiks.co.uk/moodle/

Thank you,

Amy

Can you please open a support ticket with the root details we will look into it.
Also which panel are you using ?
If it is cPanel and suPHP is enable please configure these settings:

Hi,

Login to WHM go to Main >> Service Configuration >> Configure PHP and SuExec and check under "Current Configuration" which is the PHP 5 Handler ?
Or you can also open a support ticket with the WHM account details I will resolve the issue for you.

Hi, my WHM doesn't say Service Config it says Server Config and it only has the nameserver fields.  So I cannot go any further.  I have passed on your info to Jkookserv my hosting master reseller service and I'll see if they can solve it.

In the meantime, how do I log a ticket with you?

Thanks,

Amy

My hosting service sent this back:

SuExec was already enabled when I checked.

Feel free to update this support request in case of further queries.

Best regards,
JKookServ Support

Is there anything else we can look at?

Thanks,

Amy

Hi,

You need to configure Softaculous for suExec and the details are found here:
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/SuPHP_Settings

Or you may submit the root details of your server with a support ticket here:
