Hi,

Is Softaculous already installed on your server ?

If yes you can import the installation using the following guide :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/How_to_Import_an_Installation

If Softaculous is not installed you will first need to install Softaculous.

You will need root access to install Softaculous if you do not have root access please ask your host to install Softaculous for you.
