a client is getting:

Could not open input file: /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cli.php

im running CL with cagefs for long time, wondering if is related or what could be the problem?

Hi,

This generally happens when Softaculous path is not allowed to be accessed by the user in CageFS.

Can you please check if the following path :
Code
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/


exists in the file
Code
/etc/cagefs/cagefs.mp


If it does not exist please add it.

Then execute the following command as root :
Code
root#cagefsctl --remount-all


This should resolve your issue.
