 webuzo panel can't be accessed on centos, I cant access webuzo panel on centos but sites working fine (9 Replies, Read 15942 times)

After restarting my server I tried to access webuzo panel and it can't be accessed but other sites working fine on my server CentOS "Nginx + phpfpm"

I tried to restart webuzo panel via a command line which is

Code

service webuzo restart

but i got
Code

webuzo: unrecognized service


so I tried to restart Nginx and Php-fpm individually

and here is output of this processes

ls -lha /etc/init.d/web*

Attempt to restart the webuzo service as follows

/etc/init.d/webuzo restart

Looks like you have deleted /usr/local/webuzo/conf/webuzo/emps/emps

Does the above mentioned file exist ? Also verify that it has the valid permissions

The following command should do the trick

Root > chmod 0755 /usr/local/webuzo/conf/webuzo/emps/emps

If still the issue, kindly raise a support ticket with the access details to your server, the Webuzo team shall fix it on priority :)

Note, I already send a support ticket one weak ago with no answer.
