Ive noticed when we try and do any script installs the databases arent setup or populated so noe of the scripts work

using cPanel 11.24.4-C36167 - WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9

any ideas?

Here are the files alons had sent to me to fix the database problems that I had. These files reside in /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/enduser

BACKUP THESE FILES BEFORE REPLACING THEM

Your server denies all access through HTTP. Here is the response when it tries to create a Database:

HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 401 Access Denied

Hence Databases are not being created.
Are you running some FireWall ?

I added your own IP to the Firewall Allow Section

I have White listed India......I did a re-insatll and still refuses to connect or create databases....Fantastico works ok thought

Snowmans installation is working.
Are you different from snowman ?

You will need to allow your own server IP and 127.0.0.1 in the firewall you run

add failed: 127.0.0.1 is one of this servers IPs!

Including main server IP
