 Theme activation problem, can install a theme but not activate it (0 Replies, Read 1730 times)

MAC El capitan
Ampps version 3.4

The software works perfectly. Wordpress is installed without any problems.
I procured free themes and can install them without a problem.

The problem happens when I want to activate one of my free themes:

Next functions are disabled by server configurations, but needed for correct theme working: iconv_substr.
To enable these functions remove them from disable_functions parameter of [PHP] section in php.ini.
