Ive been hosting since 1999 and even the DC have blocked the IP and they still got in which suggests a proxy access, but strange as soon as posted their IP this has stopped

it was no mistake as someone referred from this post ( most likely clicked the link in my signature spent over 24 hours jumping around the pages on my website which is a clear sign of a site harverster the only details that showed them as a visitor was the hostname wins-pool187.sodetel.net.lb.  As this was where they got to mmy site i thought i would make that statement so they may read this and be aware they were being monitored and reported.
