hello

i use whmcs 7.2 and virtualizor whmcs module 2
and 4081 to 4085 ports are open

in the Admin Panel and User Panel Display Information VPS not found
(i create vpsid on costum fields and set it on admin panel too)

but on vps information field say ( VPS not provisioned )

i dont have this problem on whmcs 7.1
while i transfer my site this problem happened

whats wrong?

help me please

Hi,

Is the vpsid correct in WHMCS order as shown on Virtualizor panel for the vps ?

sure
vpsid ia correct and i test it on 5 , 6 users and it is not show any thing

You said you "transferred" your WHMCS installation.
Just check if your Virtualizor Master Server IP is whitelisted on the server where your WHMCS is hosted.

Hi,

Have you added ' vpsid ' custom field for the product :


http://virtualizor.com/wiki/WHMCS_Module_V2#Custom_Fields



If not , then please add it.
After that feed the ID of the vps in the order.

ID can be found on list vps page on Virtualizor Admin panel.
