Hello,

I get this error after a Softaculous upgrade to v4.0:

Unable to execute your request
Details
A valid file was not found

Any idea how to solve this?

PS: I run DirectAdmin v1.38 and Ubuntu 10.04

OK... The issue was solved using these instructions from a previous topic:

Code
In case the DirectAdmin index.raw file is missing please run the following command :

root> /usr/local/bin/php -d open_basedir=/ -d safe_mode=0 -d disable_functions="" /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/cron.php

Please let us know how did you upgrade ?
Using the UI or the CRON command ?

Hello,

I have updated to 4.0.1 a few days ago and to 4.0.2 today succesfully, using the GUI.

Issue SOLVED!
