Topic : Apache Crashed

This is slightly weird, I'm not sure if this is AMPPS or my mac, but my mac was having some bizar sound issue and it was so loud I had to turn it off via the power button, problem is when I powered it back on Apache doesn't work properly anymore (when I press the start apache button nothing happens), I used terminal to start it, and it has started but I now only get the "It Works" page and its saying "The URL /ampps doesn't exist" when I try to pull up the AMPPS web configuration??? Why is this happening and what can I do to get it back up and running.

Also, this may be a bug but when I installed the 1.8 update for ampps it's showing that its on the latest version but everytime I start up ampps its saying that new software is available, I click yes I would like to install it and it bring up the update manager which tells me I'm running the lastest version, slightly weird?

Thanks for any help  :)

After restoring AMPPS from backup (lucky  ) Apache is working again and everything is working again :) Reliefed, however the bizarre installed update but not installed update thing is still there?
