Open Journal Systems, Can't install Open Journal Systems (7 Replies, Read 4531 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	I am trying to install Open Journal Systems using Softaculous on my webhosting server (hexahost.com) and when I try to add the domain on the "Add a Domain" page, I keep getting the same error message: "The following errors were found : Specified FTP Path does not exist" I made sure several times that the FTP path did indeed exist on the server, I tried deleting and creating the folders again, I tried creating new FTP folders, and nothing seems to work. I am very confused as to what could be causing this, and I couldn't find any info online about this behavior. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 8 Status:	I am getting the same error and I keep getting someone who says they can't get to my system. THe system pings and is available via dns. I am not sure what is going on but I was ready to purchase this now i ma having second thoughts. I kow the path is correct and all the login details are correct so why is this so tough to fix? I have had several folks test this from different parts of the world and it works fine for them. Just Sayin' Michael
