I have just bought this plugin wanting to install wordpress etc.
The initial softaculous package installed and I can see in /var/softaculous all the scripts.

But I ran into an error trying to install WP, it said package not found.

It looks like that none of the subdomains can be reached s1 to s4.softaculous.com or images.softaculous.com

Anyone else having this problem.
Before you say its my firewall, I have used
Code
isitdownrightnow.com/images.softaculous.com.html

to confirm is not just me

Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Our server were down for maintenance, hence you were facing this issue. We have now solved this problem.

Can you please try again.

Hi the servers are back online, but my site is struggling to display script images & the logos via https, whay are we not serving the images locally?

Is there a way for me to sync the images locally and display them that way.

Hi,

The scripts logos are sometimes changed and we need to add logos for new scripts hence we serve the images from our servers so that you get the updated logos.

The network is currently bit slow but everything should be normal in a couple of hours.

Hi,

We are working on loading the images from local server and will have this in place soon.

Also the images from our server should load fine now.

Do let us know if you are still facing the issue.
