Hi,
this is an user response:

If your Webuzo version is update you should find Webuzo Backup button on the main page of Webuzo. You can start a backup in background and wait the email to be notified when is complete than you can download the file and you can try to restore in the other Webuzo installation.

Please for a reply from Webuzo team member you have to wait here.
If you have a premium license you can open a support ticket if no reply is coming here from a Webuzo Team member.

Thank you!

Hi,
seems Webuzo may have think to the Backup function only from the same server.

Official guide are located here:
http://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Webuzo_Backup_And_Restore

At the bottom there are how to restore but seems to be in the same server.
I suggest to wait Webuzo Team support.

Remember also this will maybe not backup your Apache, Exim, Dovecot, Pure FTP, PHP etc settings.
You may locate where the backup is stored once created so maybe upload the backupped folder in the same location on the new server and try the SSH command but is maybe better have a confirmation of this from Webuzo.

They should reply to you here on the forum, under this topic and post.

Hi,

To restore the backup on new server you need to upload the tar file to /var/webuzo/backup/ directory on the new server.

Just for your information, You will have to install all the system apps manually on the new server as you had on your old server and do all the settings and configs manually. As the backup file shall only restore the files and folders from the /home/ directory, databases and emails of your old server.

Also you will have to keep the same Webuzo username of both the servers.

Please let us know if you need any further information.
