Softaculous <![CDATA[Temporary disable CSF]]>
Sir you can use the following command to disable:

<![CDATA[Temporary disable CSF]]> if i have CSF configurated in webuzo but i want temporay disable at the moment this is not possibile from Webuzo.

Is possibile to do via SSH?
Maybe in the future needs a solution for not remove CSF for deactivate temporary.. Webuzo should have a on and off button or something.. firewall some times maybe needs to be turned off.

I see clearly that it is know that there will be a blank screen after install, but no solution is provided.
The blank screen generally occurs when some php modules are missing like,

We are working on a standardized solution where you will not have to add these lines to php.ini we will make the changes in the next version of Softaculous.

Getting a licenses is not clear either. I post my IP and it says IP added and that is it. When I log into my account to check licenses I see one for Webuzo but I do not see one for Softaculous?
It looks like you issued a trial license and the trial license was issued. If you are logged in to Softaculous Client Center while issuing the trial license the license will be assigned to your account. If you are not logged in you will have to add the license to your account :
You can get the license key from Softaculous Admin panel where you have installed Softaculous.

When I enter the IP again for the "free" account it says already added, but nothing shows up in the Softaculous license, so I used the same IP for Webuzo because I noticed it makes a Webuzos directory in Softaculous.
Webuzo is a different product, it is a single user control panel. Webuzo can help you manage your VPS/Dedicated server FTP, Databases, Apache, PHP, etc
Webuzo is not required to use Softaculous on ISPConfig or any other control panel. Webuzo should not be installed on a server where you have existing control panel because it will conflict with ports being used by the existing control panel.

1. Softaculous replaces "remote.softaculous" which is a FTP install app
Softaculous Remote is designed for web hosts who use a custom control panel i.e. control panel with which Softaculous is not integrated. Softaculous Remote installs apps over FTP.
If you are using ISPConfig (non multiserver) setup Softaculous Remote is not recommended for you.

2. Webuzos is used with Softaculous to load an interface for installation.
As explained above Webuzo is not required to run Softaculous. You can use Webuzo if you are not using any control panel. Softaculous auto installer is included in Webuzo.

3. Webuzos and Softaculous work together to create a separate user install environment for each user added to the server.
I have explained Webuzo and its usage above.

4. /var/softwww is where the page loads in apache and I have put a test.html file to confirm this.
In order to load Softaculous we put two files in this directory.

5. I have tried php /usr/local/softaculous/cli.php --repair with no luck, still the white screen
The White screen generally occurs when some of the required extensions are not loaded. The Repair utility repairs Softaculous binary on the server.

6. Under /usr/local/softaculous/enduser there is a license file that contains encrypted data.
This is the Softaculous license file and it will be written by Softaculous automatically and should not be edited manually.

7. Universal.php has labels but no data
universal.php is the settings file for Softaculous Settings it has default settings and will be edited by Softaculous when you change the settings in Softaculous Admin panel -> Settings

8. Under globals.php
$globals['license'] = 'webuzo-00000-00000-00000-19085';//Dummy LicenseI replaced 00000-00000-00000-00000-00000 with the Webuzos licenses
Please revert the changes. You should not edit this file.

9. Here is a short list of errors in the enduser error log
The first 3 are Notices and the other two are caused when the scripts.ser file is not downloaded on your server. This file is automatically downloaded by Softaculous and our support staff just checked your server and this file exists now.

10. I changed the softtmp write from 700 to 777
/var/softtmp/ should be 0700 and the owner and group should be "apache".

11. Found a file called webuzocron.php in the softaculous directory under user/local
This should not cause any issue.

12. I do not see any calls to a database under globals.php
Database calls are not done in globals.php

13. There is also a upgrade.php under user/local
This is a Softaculous Upgrade file and is used when Softaculous automatically upgrades itself.

The SOAP error occurs when SOAP extension is not loaded. Adding
to php.ini should resolve this issue.

Since you issued a trial license it was not added to your account, Softaculous just issued a one month premium license for your IP. In order to purchase or add a license to your account use Softaculous Client Center :

Could you please confirm that you do not have any .htaccess file within the website directory on your server ?

P.S .htaccess is not supported in NGINX

If the license is expired. You should still be able to install Softaculous. You will get a notice on the Softaculous Admin panel and Enduser panel stating that the license is expired.

We sometimes need to ask to open a support ticket when we are unable to replicate the issue on our servers and need to debug the issue.
