I have a problem with email sending only on @hotmail.com i get this error

550 SC-002

Mail rejected by Outlook.com for policy reasons. The mail server IP
connecting to Outlook.com has exhibited namespace mining behavior. If
you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet
Service Provider for help.

My domain or IP are not blacklisted.I`m tested my mail with many other domains like @yahoo.com @gmail.com @gmx.com and others and all work perfect but on hotmail i get rejected message.

I`m contacted hotmail to remove us from their blacklist but he did not respond more than one month.

How to resolve this problem?

Hi,

Sir could you please confirm that your hostname is a FQDN which points to your Webuzo server IP.

Did the hotmail team respond ?
