One of your server has an issue with your MySQL when we tried to create a database and database user we got the following error : MySQL® Database Wizard There was a problem creating the user. Show Details The mysql server is offline. We have opened a ticket with cPanel team on your behalf and awaiting their response. And regarding the other server your cPanel version seems to be very old, can we update cPanel on your server ?
