 clone wordpress site, I need of help (1 Replies, Read 6331 times)

Hello -  I was told that I could use the softaculous scripts in my cpanel to clone my production wordpress site.  I would like to create a sub domain so I can use it for development purposes.  My current version of wordpress is 4.4.1.  Can someone guide me on what needs to be done?    Do I just simply run the wordpress script again over the existing production wordpress site in cpanel?
