Connection times out, Gets into the backing-up part of updating then stops (2 Replies, Read 1611 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 6 Status:	Have just used Softaculous to update CMSMade Simple on about 30 sites successfully but one won't complete - connection times out. Any suggestions as to how I can get it to work properly? Thanks

Can you please backup the installation first : http://www.softaculous.com/docs/How_to_Backup_an_Installation and then during upgrade do not choose the backup option.
