I currently have the Free Softaculous installation installed and working on my VPS. I would like to purchase a Monthly VPS license, but it says:

The IP address(s) - 209.159.148.173 - are already assigned to a Free / Premium Softaculous License. If its your Free license IP then first Add the License in your My License Page.

My question is where do I find the free license number to add to it, or is there another way to bypass this and just get on with with my purchase?

Hi,

We have added the license to your account, you can now purchase Softaculous from the Client Center :
http://www.softaculous.com/clients

For future reference:

You can get the license key from Softaculous Admin panel :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/License_Information

once you have the license key you can add the license to your account using the following guide :

It appears that I now have the Premium license. The only problem is. I am missing quite a few installation apps. Like Wordpress and OpenClassifieds. These are the primary reasons I am purchasing this. Can you please tell me why Wordpress and many others are now missing from my Softaculous admin panel?

Hi,

Please check if all the scripts are enabled on your server. Here is a guide for the same :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/Enable/Disable_Scripts

You should never post your license key and other license details on public forums. I have edit this post and removed it.

This may be a very stupid question. But how do I get to the Admin panel?

I am using cPanel and the only instance of  Softaculous I can find takes me to a panel with all the apps I have available to install.

Hi,
Sorry for the delay in response. I see there is already a trial license issued for your IP 197.210.71.148 and the license is premium for a month.

Please install Softaculous to use it on your server. Here is the guide to install Softaculous :http://www.softaculous.com/docs/admin/installing-softaculous-in-cpanel/
