I've installed AMPPS on Windows 7 Home premium but when i add-on domain it not work corect.

By the way AMPPS is for development purpose only, so its only for local network. If you want to use the same for production server try our product Webuzo. http://www.webuzo.com Apache should work on Windows 7. Try Restoring the default configuration of Apache from AMPPS Control Center (AMPPS Control Center -> Apache Tab -> Restore Default Configuration). Also what are you trying to do exactly? It would be helpful if you gave us some more details.
