Directadmin Version: 1.44.3
Softaculous Version: 4.5.1

Whenever I am trying to install any script through softaculous, the domain list is empty. The dropdown menu is blank. Not even the default domain is showing.

Please help.

Hi,

Sir Softaculous makes api calls on 127.0.0.1 to get the required information like domains list, etc from Directadmin panel.

Our support staff checked on your server and it seems that 127.0.0.1 is black listed.

Once you remove this IP from the blacklist Softaculous should work fine.
