Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 7 Status:	OS: Win7 x64 According to ym Readme.txt file, I'm on -= Ampps 2.2 =- and yes I try to update towards 2,3 (or have to now, as I cant even start Ampps anymore) Microsoft VC++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) is installed, because I get the following error: "A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on the machine." So when I try to update I get the following error: Code --------------------------- Amupdate.exe - System Error --------------------------- The program can't start because QtCored4.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- and when I try to launch Ampps itself it just responds with: Code --------------------------- Ampps.exe - Entry Point Not Found --------------------------- The procedure entry point _Z21qRegisterResourceDataiPKhS0_S0_ could not be located in the dynamic link library QtCore4.dll. --------------------------- OK ---------------------------

But the updater wont open either from with Ampps or from running it manually from Amupdate.exe

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Same problem here. AMPPS tells me there's an update available every time I start it but then absolutely nothing happens when I click "Yes" to update. Running Amupdate.exe manually gives the error message about a missing QtCored4.dll.

Group: Member Post Group: Super Member Posts: 1121 Status:	Hi, Since we are not able to replicate this issue, can you open a ticket and install TeamViewer ? I would like to personally take control over your desktop and look into this issue. I am not posting the workaround here because other users who are new to Ampps and such environment might break Ampps package completely.
