While uploading some courses on softaculous moodle, when we try to 'save and display' the course, it displays a blank page with the modedit.php url in the address barlinke  When I press the enter key or try to reload the page, it gives an error invalid action paramater. The same courses have been directly uploaded into a original moodle installation. It works fine.
I am attaching the debugging statement displayed on the screen. Kindly let me have a resolution of the same at the earliest.

Hi,

We have replied to your ticket it seems your server's post_max_size is 8M and you are uploading 20MB causing this issue.

I saw that you have created a php.ini but the post_max_size has not taken effect. Did you restart apache after adding the php.ini ?

Please try to restart apache and then check again.

I have uploaded  courses which have a size of 65 MB, 55 MB, 40 MBs and 30 MBs successfully. I do not think this is the issue. Please check. The same zip files which have been uploaded in mormal moodle successfully does not work here. I do not know why.
Kindly check. I shall get the post_max value increased to 100 MB.
I have also sent a reply email explaining this. Pls. do the needful.

Hi,

As per our conversation via support ticket, it seems your server's configuration was causing the issue i.e. post_max_size, max_execution_time and MySQL wait_timeout was low causing the issue.

Increasing that should resolve the issue.

Let us know if you still face the issue.
