 Top scrips have disappeared (11 Replies, Read 3713 times)

Everything was working fine previously but today from cpanel accounts, the top srcipts have all gone.
The only link that is displayed is "auto installer".
So i checked the plugin from whm/plugins/softaculous
And I can't find anymore where the top scrips settings are located.
What's going on?

I have the latest version (3.7) and only scripts are automaticaly updated in my settings. I choosed not to upgrade automatically softaculous because I don't want to loose my translations everytime. (I upgrade manually after saving my translations).
It seems that automatic upgrade change the dynamicui.conf file everyday.

My top scripts have also disappeared, and now it says I'm not using the latest version, even though I have it set to automatically update . . .

root> /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php

Same problem here.  All the premium scripts have gone.  Already ran the suggested cron.php job, no difference.

I just got a reply one hour ago. Ticket id was #416739. 

Essentially it seems that I had to "install" all the apps again after the license had been renewed.  May I suggest mentioning this somewhere on the website, I think it would save everybody a lot of time and annoyance.

Already ran the suggested cron.php job, no difference.

Anyway, problem sorted. Eventually. But could be dealt with better!
