Hi Everybody! I will appreciate if someone can help me please!

My client is facing lot of problem with softaculous

Here is his Ticket Message:

I have tried to enter facilities for software, but there are some software that I think error. At the time I install joomla, have any posts as follows: joomla softaculous:
The following Errors were found:

* The MultiByte String functions are not available!

Joomla file but is there, just can not be installed perfectly, because the database can not be made, and configurasi file does not exist.

I also often experience during the uninstall software, the software is going to have remove, even including the public_html file as follows:

file manager

(/ Home / trianand)
Access-logs
Cpanel3-skel
Etc
Mail
Migration
Public_ftp
Ruby
Tmp

and then remove after a successful show is:

Not Found

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Sir which version of Softaculous are you running ? Is it 1.3 or 1.4

Also Joomla requires MB String functions in PHP. You will have to enable the same in CPanel

And is the whole public_html directory deleted when you remove a software.

I was using Version 1.2, i have just upgraded to 1.4 today

I will ask my client to try again and if he still have the same problem i will let you know
