I'm using a Nat'd ip address for my server and the activation is getting the external IP and failing to recognize the activation....

How can I fix this?

Hi,

Please execute the following command on your server and it should provide you the IP you need a license for :

wget http://softaculous.com/ip.php; cat ip.php; echo "";

Hi Brijesh,

Thanks for you help. I don't think I was very clear on what exactly is wrong. I apologize for that.

I have received a 1 month free premium license. I can see the license key in the web admin pages. However, it is applied to my external IP and my internal IP is what is showing. The 1 month free Premium license is not being applied to installation. It is still showing "free".

License Type : Free (Buy Premium License)  (Pricing)  (Refresh License)
Server IP : 10....... etc.

I hope that makes sense. Thanks
