new server, moved cpanel accounts to a new server (7 Replies, Read 8298 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 12 Status:	I moved cpanel accounts to a new server then transferred Softaculous. However, none of the settings, including the auto back up and restore works. How can I retrieve these settings of force Softaculous to backup and restore the sites??

On the support ticket it is requesting ssh access. The server is setup to use public keys. Can you provide your public key? Or do you have instructions on how we can fix this?

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5652 Status:	Hi, As per our discussion via email the following files were not transferred from your old server : /home//.softaculous /home//softaculous_backups Since you did not have access to the old server you have to import the installation to Softaculous : http://www.softaculous.com/docs/How_to_Import_an_Installation Once the installation is imported you can configure auto backups, etc from Softaculous. ----------------------- Webuzo - Multi User Hosting Control Panel AMPPS - Best WordPress/PHP/MySQL development tool
