Topic : How To Upgrade Custom Script

I've successfully created a customized Joomla install and it installs correctly as a custom script. I, however, can't figure out how to prepare the custom script for an upgrade. I make changes to the package, change the custom script version number and it says I need an upgrade. However, when I click the upgrade button, nothing happens. What else do I need to do?

Hi,

In order to Upgrade existing installations please make the upgrade.xml and upgrade.php files for your package. You may refer to the following guide on how to make these files:
