 Best OS for installing webuzo? (3 Replies, Read 29186 times)

I have been trying to get webuzo working just for hosting my own domains for a couple days now, I am using digitalocean vps, and as such, I have a variety of choices of OS, I have been using mostly ubuntu 14.04, but a lot of things don't work out of the box and before I get much farther I was curious what the experiences with other os's and versions were.  So far I've gotten email working, but I had to modify the configurations manually and I was curious if this is normal or if CentOS might work better.

CentOS 5,6 or 7, or Ubuntu 14.04 or 16.04

Thought I would share an observation, so I did a clean install onto CentOS 7.2 and it worked out of the box for at least email after installing exim and dovecot.

Hi ,

You can install Webuzo on the Following OS'es :
CentOS : 6 , 7.2
Ubuntu :  14.04

Support for Ubuntu 16 is coming soon :)
