Topic : Can not download/load files/image (Feng Office 2.0.0.8 - New Fresh Installation)

Hello,

I'm already installed a fresh version 2.0.0.8 from Sofculous-cPanel.
All Installed succesfull, and can do almost everythings.
But for change logo or update logo company, it can not display.

And after I see from the image URL, is like this:
/index.php?c=files&a=get_public_file&id=527c1679d550e63d9af23d8b1853912

If I go to that URL, it seems that like 404 not found.

I already also try reupload and so on, but it still did not works.
It also happen for normal document file, like .doc, zip, xls, etc...
all file can not be download.

Please let me know how to fix this issue?

Additional info.
FengOffice is installed under sub folder, and root folder is Wordpress.

Problem solved.

The solution is:
- set cookie path with the same as folder installation

Hi,

Sir we have tested this on out test servers and we could upload the company logo without changing the cookie path.

Thank You for reply.
Now, the problem is coming back.
We do not do anything, and the file download is broken, and if I go to the download url, it display Wordpress page (as the root public_html foler).

Well the proble is fixed again.
Solution is htaccess and php.ini problem.

And again, the problem is coming up.
It so like randomly error.

I have install Feng office through Cpanel (softaculous) in seems to install but front end of the website is blank?
Can anyone help want to get feng office and running looks just what I need ....
