Updating AMPPS or Softaculous (4 Replies, Read 6480 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 7 Status:	I am running version 3.0 and it says it's up to date, but when I install Wordpress it installed 4.1 and 4.3.1 is out. How and what should I update. AMPPS says it's up to date and I don't see an function to update Softaculous. Any help is appreciated

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Elite Member Posts: 467 Status:	Hi, You can update the same from AMPPS Admin Panel -> Updates -> and Select "Update AMPPS" option. This should update Softaculous. Hope this helps.

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 7 Status:	I am on this page http://localhost/ampps-admin/index.php?act=updates and I get the following. Current Version 4.6.3 Latest Version 4.6.3 Hitting the Update AMPPS button does nothing.

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Elite Member Posts: 467 Status:	Hi, It means that you are already using the latest version of Softaculous in AMPPS, hence nothing happens. Can you check whether the option 'Auto Update Scripts' have been enabled in AMPPS Admin Panel -> Settings -> General Can you please open a support ticket here, so that we can debug your issue further: http://softaculous.com/support/
