httpd: Syntax error on line 134 of C:/Program Files (x86)/Ampps/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load C:/Program Files (x86)/Ampps/php/php5apache2_2.dll into server: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

File does exist in the specified location.

Windows 2008 R2 Standard 64-bit, server is not running IIS and port 80 is open.
