When I send an email to my ISP email account using Squirrel Mail there is no error message and it appears the email was sent successfully. The email never reaches the my ISP email account..

When I send an email to the Webuzo Squirrel Mail account it appears the email was sent successfully but the email never reaches the Webuzo Squirrel Mail account.

I do not receive a confirmation email when I install scripts.

I do, however, receive email generated from my Wordpress installation when someone comments on a post, so something is working right at least.

I have restarted Exim and Dovecot, restarted Webuzo and rebooted  my server several times.

To recap, I don't get error messages, I'm just not able to send or receive Squirrel Mail.

I've spent several days Googling this issue as well as searching these forums. Nothing I've tried has worked yet.

If someone would give me a clue as to what I can do to fix this it will surely be appreciated. :)

I created nameservers at my registrar and and pointed them to my Webuzo server IP.

I've checked all spam/junk folders, nothing there.

Can you give me an example of a  Fully Qualified Domain Name pointing to the Webuzo server IP? I'm  not certain what this means.

Ping to your domain.com, What does it resolve to ?

Ex. Hostname should be "example.com" and it should point to your Webuzo server IP.
Set your Primary Domain as the hostname. Should work !!!

I pinged mydomain.com and it resolves to my server IP.

I created ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com at my registrar (Namecheap)  and  pointed them to my Webuzo server IP.

In the Webuzo nameservers setup I have:

Primary IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (server IP)
Primary Domain: mydomain.com
NS1: ns1.mydomain.com
NS2: ns2.mydomain.com

I'm still having my original issue.
