This is going on day 5 and your server is still down.  No one has contacted me via email or paypal.

this is completely horrible and disgusting.  i will become more and more vocal.  NO COMPANY SHOULD MAKE THEIR CUSTOMER STAY UP ALL NIGHT LONG WATING FOR HELP@!!!!

I know. I'm considering going back to Windows Server. I put in a TICKET and they took two days to get back to me. I've posted other problems and received a response a day later. The ticket was about server instability- no small thing.

They used to be very responsive. I'm not sure what happened.

This company is a complete joke.  this is their response 6 days later to a ticket:

"It could be because of a mysql crash.
You will need to ask your databases / server admin to check this.
Unfortunately this is beyond our scope of support. "

Mind you they didn't ask me anything or log into see what was  going on. Webuzo F-up again.

I'm getting rid of webuzo.  If their asses were in the US, they'd have a class action lawsuit by companies for putting out shitty software that hurts companies that use it.

Guess we are in the same boat. My admin systems have vanished 2002 and 2004. I put in a ticket with no response. The server crashed Thursday night and me and our IT guy worked on it until 12:30 PM. Finally, because we have HyperV we gave up and rolled the site back to Monday. I lost four days of work. Plus, the server is unstable and now I have to watch it and check it every few hours to make sure it's still there. If it goes down I have to VPN in and roll it back again.

I look bad and My IT guy looks bad. My boss wants to leave this and now go to Azure.

twice in 2 weeks, the server after reboot was unreachable via ssh, ftp or http.  nothing.  each time, myself and 5 techs worked around the clock 24 hours to recover and move to new box..

Found Panilux and it's AWESOME

Hi,

Sir, if your SSH is not reachable, how is it a Webuzo issue ?
We have replied to you about this, but server management is not within our scope of support.

Regards,
Alons
