Hey,
I am the Main Developer of HostHollaines (Along with Other Projects such as AskHollaines etc) and i have seen a small amount (or none) of Free Software for Resellers to use to create Accounts with. This is infact in my opinion a mix of all Reseller Software i have ever used and the greatest mix of so.
