 WHMCS Installation with Plesk failed because wrong PHP Version (1 Replies, Read 3059 times)

Hello,

today I want to installed via Plesk the WHMCS Package on a website, which have PHP Version 5.6.x choosen. The installation failed after few seconds:

The following errors were found :
           
  • Required PHP version greater than equal to 5.3.7 AND found version is : 5.3.3
On the server itself (CentOS 6.7) is 5.3.3 installed, but for this website I have choosen 5.6.x so this should not matter. Anyone have an idea what happend here, and why I am not able to install WHMCS ?

Hi,

Are you running multiple PHP versions on your server ?

If yes you can define the PHP version using the below pre install hook :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/Hooks#Define_PHP_Version
