Hi was just wondering can you import scripts to Softaculous which have been install by the script install installatron please? as when i try to import scripts i get this ERROR

The following errors were found :

and i get the same with all the imports i try to do :( the import i trying to do is "Joomla"

Hi,

You must give the exact folder name in the importer for indivdual scripts.

But its installed at the root of the domain? I thought i didnt have to put nothing in the  box as it says if its at the root of domain leave box blank, or do you need to put a / to make it recognise root?

Hi,

There is no libraries directory in your JOOMLA installation.
Joomlas version info is stored here:
/your/joomla/libraries/joomla/version.php

For some odd reason its not there.
Who installed it for you ?

I installed it by using the Installtron Installer as this is a client but as my host is using Softaculous now i need to import them all over to it hehe

also when you logged in :) did you click DOMAINS the modelcarsxchange and the public_html as this site has multiple domains on it

the version.php file is in the includes file once you login and you click

Domains/modelcarsxchange.com/public_html then click includes and its in there :)

But as per the Joomla Version it should be in libraries.
I dont know why has installatron changed it.
If you download the original package its in the libraries directory.

You are Correct i just noticed that :(, so how can i do this there, is there away around it like get my host to change config? so looks in the includes DIRECTORY and not the libraries

Trying that now alons :) will post if works and if doesnt work lol

EDIT: Hi alons thanks that worked :) it imported it :)

if i get any errors with any other imports for joomla just put the Libraries directory in haha. and if it happens for like wordpress etc i will post a new topic :)
