This error occurs when your domain is not pointing to the server where you are installing the script.

We have tested the auto install module with the latest version of WHMCS and it works fine.

It could be a firewall issue blocking port 2083

Can you please upload the softaculous_extra.php and then test the module. It should log the error.

You can check the logs at WHMCS admin panel -> Utilities -> Logs -> Activity Logs

It looks like the package is not downloaded correctly on the server.

If you have root access to the server please execute the following command :
rm -rf /var/softaculous/moodle*

and then execute the CRON command :

If you do not have root access to the server please ask your web host to perform the above steps.
