Hi , i need to rent a server with 8GB ram processor quad core , and the host offer this software i need to ask it come preinstalled with the server ? or i need to install and the license ? if i pay the host month to month ? i have to enter the license key every month ? or its automatically update by the IP ?
what account and password i need to log-on the WebInterface ?
if i have many users on MainServer on same IP it will be available for all the webinterface ?  example : root , refus , odin ?

i see in the demo its write :  Guaranteed ram  ............  (806 MB free)
what mean with 806 MB free ? if i choice 2000 MB the vps still have 2806 MB ?

CPU Units
CPU units to be allocated
Recommended Value : 1000

what are this cpu units ?

CPU Cores
Recommended Value : 4

and if my server are quad core ? i allow all 4 for the vps ?  and for others vps ?

CPU %
The CPU time in percent the corresponding VPS is not allowed to exceed.

this is % vps can use of physical CPU ?

and how can i balance 5 VPS ?  i think i can't use all 8 GB and all CPU ?

how memory and %cpu need to leave free to the main server for run easy the Virtualizor software ?

sorry for all this questions but i need to know this things !

Virtualizor does not come pre installed, if you want we can install it for you for that you just need to open a support ticket.About the license you have to pay month by month, however you don not have to enter the license key every time virtualizor will fetch it on the basis of the IP.

Virtualizor root login credentials are the same as the main server root login credentials and also you can create any number of users in virtualizor and assign access privileges accordingly.

The free RAM value shown is the total available RAM on your main server for VPS creation. For example if you have 806 MB free on you main server than you have to create VPS having RAM less than 806 MB.

CPU unit , percentage and cores are explained below:

  • CPU Units : This is just a weight assigned to the VPS. Lets say there are two VPS with different weights. e.g. VPS 101 with 1000 and VPS 102 with 2000. Now when the physical CPU is being utilized to the fullest, the priority of CPU resources to be assigned to each VM is decided by the CPU Units. Hence of all the CPU Time / Resources available, VPS 101 will get 1/3rd = 1000 / (1000 + 2000) and VPS 102 will get 2/3rd = 1000 / (1000 + 2000) of the CPU resources.
  • CPU Cores : This is rather simple to understand. The number of Virtual Cores to be assigned to the VPS.
  • CPU % : Depending on the number of cores assigned, this is the maximum percentage the VPS can use of the physical core. Lets say your Physical CPU is having 4 cores. If you assign 4 cores to a VPS and set a CPU % of 400% then the VPS will be allowed to use all cores to its 100%. Note : Each CPU core represents 100% of one physical core. This behaviour may be different as per the base OS as well.

No you can turn off virtualizor when ever you like it will not affect any of the functionality of the server or any of the VMs running on it.

Virtualizor need 100MB space free on the "/" partition to start mysql. Regarding the CPU requirements it is upto you how fast you want your server to respond.

In File based you can specify any directory where you want to store your Vms

Do you mean to say that the storage option for file based and LVM are available for XEN - KVM also?

Yes.
