Group: Member Post Group: Working Member Posts: 141 Status:	We have several client who installed Dolphin through softaculous, but this can be updated from within the dolphin admin area, which clients do, but according to softaculous their scripts are still outdated. Thier should be a way that softaculous can recognise if a script is an updated versiopn even if updated through the script itself as i can assume most scripts will have this feature ----------------------- Majesty Hosting

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5647 Status:	Hi, When a user goes to the Upgrade page Softaculous checks the actual version of the installation and if the version does not match with the version as per Softaculous it gives a notice stating the the versions do not match click here to update Softaculous records. When the clicks on the notice it updates the version in Softaculous records : http://softaculous.com/docs/Manually_Upgraded well it does not do this for dolphin, i installed dolphin on my site at version 7.1.0 and it is now 7.1.1 which i manually upgraded, but in my Softaculous it still shows 7.1.0 and no way to have this checked as per the docs http://softaculous.com/docs/Manually_Upgraded ----------------------- Majesty Hosting

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5647 Status:	Hi, Sir this is because Softaculous does not provide upgrade for Dolphin hence you do not see the upgrade icon. We have added the functionality to be able to update the version in Softaculous records from the edit installation page in Softaculous 4.2.1 (RC). However if you want we can update the records for you manually now.
