Etano: Error on install "mysql connector", Error in uploading mysql connector (4 Replies, Read 5483 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 8 Status:	Hi, I have created a free web hosting plan just to run some tests, where they offer a lot of useful things, such as creating mysql bases on a few clicks, ftp accounts etc. I am trying to intall the Etano there, and all goes well until it gives the error "Error in uploading mysql connector" all the data inserted on it is correct, my doubt is about the "Database Hostname The MySQL hostname (mainly localhost)" field. I am suspecting I am doing something wrong there. any tips or sugestions would be very welcome. I am not a skilled programmer and I have a very low knowledge on it hence why Im searching for tools that can ease my life. Thank you in advance

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 8 Status:	Well...looks I am not having any luck. All data correct now, with a new server, but when the install starts gives an error message "oops the connection was lost" then it carries on with the install but gets to a point where it doesn't advances anymore, the maximum it went was to 95% and does not advances more from there...

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 8 Status:	I just opened a ticket concerning this issue, right now I managed to upload manually to the server, I have now other issues concerning to the site itself, so I am opening a new topic for it. Thanks Brijesh

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5647 Status:	Hi, The SQL for Etano is huge and you are installing it via FTP i.e. Softaculous Remote hence it will take some time to finish the installation.
